Free consultancy support for social enterprises
Social enterprises can access the consultancy skills of experienced business managers through the Newcastle University Business School Management Consultancy project.
The NUBS Management Consultancy project will involve a team of 3 or 4 students spending the equivalent of 1 day per week, over a period of 8 to 10 weeks, with an enterprise working on a specific project acting as consultants and providing advice to the organisations top management.
