Stepping into Quality
This free workshop which will be delivered by Funding Information North East, will examine why quality assurance is important for children and young people’s organizations.

It will enable those attending to understand:
• What constitutes a good quality service
• What makes for a quality organization
• What are the benefits of managing quality
• Why quality is important to the procurement process
• Which quality systems and standards are available
Who should attend?
This workshop is aimed at:
• Infrastructure workers who support voluntary and community organisations working with children and young people. [All infrastructure workers attending this workshop will receive a trainer’s pack to enable them to cascade this training to groups they work with.]
• Representatives of voluntary and community organisations working with children and young people.
