Creative discussions in the Ouseburn Valley

I would like to draw your attention to the next events in our Creative Discussion Series.
• Monday 28th Feb 2010 Guest Speaker – Mo O Toole “EU Collaborations - Your Needs and Questions” Hoults Yard 5.30-7pm
• Tuesday 15th Mar 2011 Guest Speaker Agnes Wilkie NFM – Making it internationally Cluny 2 5.30-7pm
All events start at 5.30 – 7pm and are aimed towards people working in, or studying about the Creative Industries in the North East. Refreshments will be provided.
This is part of the Street Stars programme, which aims to support the creative business community in the Ouseburn Valley. Street Stars have been running regular Business Breakfasts which help to bring creative businesses in the area together.
The Discussion Series is open to anyone working in the Creative Industries, and is an opportunity to talk about issues that affect how we work in the industry, as well as hear the perspective of some of the leading speakers in the North of England.
The topics were all selected after discussions with creative businesses people working in the North East highlighted these as key issues. We are looking for feedback from the people who attend to plan what other topics people working in this field feel they need to find out more about.
