My ambition/dream…
My ambition is to succeed in running my participatory arts practice providing arts into education and in community settings. To create an income that will allow me time to concentrate on developing my Fine Arts Practice and produce exhibition standard work and products for sale.
I am currently focusing on my MAG-BAGS (recycled origami gift bags made out of old local magazines ie: NARC/CRACK/MUSIC and FASHION magazines)
Other projects for 2010:
- Plumleaf07 Arts – Participatory Arts Practice
- Boat Child (Vietnam) Exhibition – personal reminiscence piece’s – Oct 2010
- World Harvest Festival – Oct 2010
- NOAH – Newcastle Oriental Arts and Heritage Centre and Gallery
All the above ideas have been proposed to various organisations in Newcastle and at funding application stage.

How the making it_ programme is helping you to achieve your ambition
The Activate programme has given me the focus I need to kick start our company. Bite size workshops that deal with the issues needed to start up. Activate has been my blueprint. Good facilitation, practical and free. Without it I would still be talking instead of doing.
